4. Product Purchases
Software Keys
All software keys are 100% genuine and come with lifetime activation. Keys are delivered instantly via email within 5 minutes of purchase. Each key is for one-time use and should not be shared.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Product key does not activate within 24 hours
- IPTV service is consistently unavailable (less than 95% uptime)
- Media player activation fails after following instructions
- Product is significantly different from description

7. Lifetime Warranty
KeyTigo offers a Lifetime Warranty on all products. This means that if your product stops working at any time, we will replace it free of charge.
Warranty terms:

- Replacement is provided within 24 hours of verification
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer
8. Seller Responsibilities
All sellers on KeyTigo are verified and must adhere to our strict quality standards:

- Deliver products within 5 minutes of purchase
- Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
- Honor the lifetime warranty on all sales
- Maintain a minimum 4.5 star rating
