Terms of Service

Plain English. No tricks. These terms describe how KEYTIGO works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

KEYTIGO is a digital reseller based in Morocco, offering software licenses, subscription accounts, IPTV plans, gift cards, and in-game currencies to customers worldwide. In these terms, "we", "us", and "KEYTIGO" refer to the operator of this website; "you" refers to the person using the site or making a purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have the legal right to enter into a binding contract in your country.
  • Cryptocurrency and digital subscription purchases are permitted in your jurisdiction.

If you are under 18, you may not buy from us.

3. How orders work

KEYTIGO does not currently use website accounts or shopping carts. To place an order:

  1. Browse the catalog and pick a product.
  2. Click "Get Now" and choose a payment method in the checkout modal.
  3. Continue the conversation on WhatsApp, where we send you payment instructions.
  4. After we confirm your payment, we deliver your product within ~60 seconds via WhatsApp and/or email.

A binding contract between you and KEYTIGO is formed only when we confirm receipt of your payment and dispatch your product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before that point.

4. Product descriptions and availability

We work hard to make our product descriptions, durations, and feature lists accurate. However:

  • Subscription providers sometimes change their plans, prices, or features — we cannot control this and will adjust our offerings when this happens.
  • Stock can run out without notice; if a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will refund you in full or offer an equivalent replacement.
  • Screenshots and brand logos are used for descriptive purposes only.

5. Pricing, currency, and taxes

Prices on the site are shown in your selected currency (USD, EUR, or MAD). Conversion rates are updated periodically and may slightly differ from real-time market rates. Prices may change at any time, but the price you see at the moment of checkout is the price that applies to your order. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to digital goods in your country.

6. Payment

We accept cryptocurrency (Binance Pay, USDT on TRC20/BEP20, Bitcoin, Ethereum) and direct Moroccan bank transfer (Attijariwafa Bank). We do not accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or any other card or wallet system. Cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain; bank transfers are subject to the receiving bank's processing time. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network — sending on the wrong network may result in lost funds that we cannot recover.

7. Delivery

Most products are delivered automatically within 60 seconds after payment confirmation, via WhatsApp and/or email. Some items (notably custom IPTV configurations or large gift card amounts) may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your order within the stated window, contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Late delivery beyond 24 hours without prior notice from us entitles you to a full refund.

8. Shared and family-plan accounts — important disclosure

Many of the subscription products we sell (including but not limited to Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, Hulu, YouTube Premium, Microsoft 365) are shared family-plan profiles or invitation-based slots, not standalone accounts. This is how we keep prices up to 90% below retail. What this means for you:

  • You receive login credentials or an invitation link, not "ownership" of the account.
  • You must not change the account's password, email, payment method, country, or other settings.
  • You must not share the credentials publicly or with people outside your household.
  • If the account is terminated by the provider through no fault of yours, we will replace it for free under our Refund Policy.
  • You agree that this kind of access satisfies your purchase, provided the service functions as advertised.

If you require a private, standalone account or an official invoice from the provider, please contact us before ordering — these are available for some products at a different price.

9. Refunds and replacements

Our Refund Policy is a separate document that forms part of these Terms. In short: we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on most subscription products, replacement-first for any issue, and tiered guarantees (7/15/30/60 days) for IPTV plans. Used gift cards and credited in-game currencies are not refundable. See the full Refund Policy at /refund-policy.html.

10. Warranty lifespan

The replacement warranty on subscription products lasts for the duration of the plan you purchased (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Within that window, if your access stops working through no fault of yours, we replace it for free as many times as needed. After the plan expires, you are welcome to repurchase.

11. Acceptable use

When using this site or our products you agree not to:

  • Resell our products or services without our written permission.
  • Use products in violation of the original provider's Terms of Service (e.g., commercial use of a personal subscription).
  • Use the site for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it through automated means.
  • Submit false information in WhatsApp orders.
  • Initiate fraudulent bank chargebacks or disputes (this constitutes fraud and may be reported to authorities).

Violation may result in immediate cancellation of any open orders and termination of the warranty without refund.

12. Intellectual property

The KEYTIGO name, logo, layout, copy, code, and overall design are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the site without written permission. All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos displayed on this site (Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. KEYTIGO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any of these companies. Their names are used solely to describe the products we resell.

13. Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • We make no warranty about the quality, completeness, or reliability of subscription providers' own services.
  • Information on the site (descriptions, prices, screenshots) may contain errors and may be updated without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KEYTIGO's total liability arising from or related to any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

This limit applies even if we were warned of the possibility of such damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify KEYTIGO against any claim arising from your misuse of our products or the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or refuse to process your order at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms or unlawful behaviour. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination (such as paying for ordered products). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco — unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

18. Disputes — let's talk first

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us on WhatsApp or by email and give us a fair chance (at least 14 days) to resolve the issue. Most disputes are resolved within hours when we just talk.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or new orders after a change indicate your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on our homepage for at least 30 days.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full force. These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and KEYTIGO concerning the site and your purchases — superseding any earlier communication.
